Anne is a fully qualified and registered Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner. She uses her skills and techniques in a friendly and confident manner through hypnotherapy and NLP. Anne helps her clients to facilitate positive personal change and she has helped many people to believe in themselves and achieve their goals and ambitions both in the workplace and in their private lives. Anne trained with the UK Academy of Therapeutic Arts and sciences and has the following qualifications:

DipCAH Diploma in Clinical and Advanced Hypnosis , UK Academy of Therapeutic Arts and Sciences.

HPD Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma, accredited by the National Council for Hypnotherapy & NCFE Awarding Body

PNLP Certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), UK Academy of Therapeutic Arts and Sciences

CH Certified Hypnotherapist, National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH)

Anne is a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), which was founded over 30 years ago. Her membership means that she has met the high standards of the NCH in terms of qualifications and she continually demonstrates competence in practice by achieving a sufficient level of Continuing Professional Development, to ensure existing skills and techniques are constantly updated.  All clients are assured that she is bound by the NCH strict Code of Ethics, which ensures that anything that is discussed in the sessions is covered by its confidentiality clause.

In addition to this, Anne undergoes regular supervision which is a vital requirement of membership, and one to which all members of the association must adhere.

Anne has always been involved with personal development and has worked in the fitness industry for many years. Having worked with clients to achieve physical health and fitness Anne realised that there was more to it than just working towards the physical benefits. She became aware that the mind plays a large part in the type of clients she was working with. For instance the sportsperson also needed a positive attitude and confidence in himself to be the best he can be and besides burning calories on the treadmill the overweight client also needed to understand the reasons she was overeating. This led to the start of Anne 's career in hypnotherapy.
